I'm very wary of the Pac12 model too


We really have a power 2 in terms of revenue. The B1G and SEC are ahead and everyone else is playing catch up. I get the feeling that the ACC will eventually be third in revenue with or without a network if the Pac12 doesn't resolve the carriage issues. They could give directv/att or Comcast some equity in the network in exchange for carriage.
